Indoor Air Services, Inc. has been involved in improving indoor air quality (IAQ) for over 20 years. In 1986 the company began to specialize in the consultation and investigation of indoor air quality issues for the medical community, and when the need arose continued to expand into the industrial and commercial building arena.
To keep up with the latest developments in the IAQ field our employees regularly attend air quality seminars and conferences to learn first hand how to apply these concepts as well as how to disseminate this information to our customers.
Because of repeated calls from doctors and their patients trying to find solutions for their indoor air problems we began working with those doctors in the Asheville and surrounding area to improve their patients quality of life.
Our services include investigation of building sites to evaluate the indoor air quality concerns of those who reside or work there, as well as indoor air quality consulting for insurance and legal entities.
Through the use of a mobile laboratory for the measuring and testing of the various elements that make up the indoor environment we are able to identify the contaminants, specify any remediation process that may be needed to alleviate contamination, and monitor indoor environments during the remediation process.
