Industry Standards: Explanation of Written Report

In the final written report a complete assessment of all information gained through the investigation is laid out in clear terms. Each test site is stated and the results found at that site. The species of contaminants is identified and the amounts of contamination are given. The comparison of those amounts with what is considered safe in the IAQ industry will be discussed. Finally the health effects of any dangerous contaminants are reported.

The recommendations will be determined by what is found in the investigation of the home and the effect the occupants are experiencing. A final interview with the homeowner will be conducted to decide what their options are. We will follow through to the end of remediation if requested.
